- Graphics & branding — the SinaumeSync logo, illustrations, charts, and visual design.
- AI-generated summaries — outputs produced by the SinaumeSync AI assistant specifically for display on the Service.
- eBooks & templates — free downloadable materials made available to registered users.
3. Third-Party Standards & Public-Domain References
Engineering formulas, public-domain constants, and references to standards such as ASME, ASTM, and API are not owned by SinaumeSync. We cite these for identification and educational purposes only; such citation does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, the relevant standards organization, and does not grant you any rights in the underlying standard itself — consult the official published standard for authoritative text.
4. License to Use the Service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own engineering work, study, and internal evaluations, subject to these terms. This license does not permit you to copy, scrape, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from our interface, articles, database, or branding without prior written permission.
