Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to anyone accessing the Service, whether signed in or not, and to any tool, script, or bot you use to interact with it.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Reverse engineer the Service's client or server-side code, calculator logic, or AI prompts beyond what is permitted by applicable law
• Attempt to hack, penetrate, or bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls without authorization
• Spam other users, our support channels, or the Service's forms/comments
• Automate scraping of calculator outputs or the engineering database at scale, or use bots to harvest content
• Resell or redistribute our content, calculators, or database as your own product or service
• Upload malware, malicious scripts, or files designed to disrupt the Service or other users
• Exploit vulnerabilities you discover instead of reporting them responsibly to security@sinaumesync.com
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with SinaumeSync
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third party's rights

3. AI Assistant Misuse

You may not use the SinaumeSync AI engineering assistant to:

• Generate content unrelated to engineering, study, or the Service's intended purpose in a way that abuses shared compute resources
• Attempt prompt injection, jailbreaking, or extraction of system prompts or proprietary configuration
• Automate bulk querying outside normal interactive use (e.g., scripted batch requests) without prior written permission
• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or used to mislead others into believing it is professionally certified engineering advice

4. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in a warning, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, and, where the law requires or permits, a report to the relevant authorities. We assess severity and intent case-by-case before taking action.
